Please fill out the form below to book your appointment. *Cancellation Policy* We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for your appointment adjustments and cancellations. We ask that all new and current clients provide a credit card as a form of payment to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your card: Generally, our policy is to charge existing clients 50% of the service cost for no-shows and same-day cancellations. New Clients No Call No Show Fee: You will not be allowed to rebook once you've no called no showed your appointment and will be charged 100% of the service fee.
