Hello and Welcome to Esthetic Brilliance Med Spa. Thank you for booking an appointment with us. Your appointment is auto approved and confirmed when self scheduling. If there are appointment conflicts then someone from the office will notify you. In order to secure your appointment at Esthetic Brilliance Med Spa, we require a credit card to be placed on file.  The time you have scheduled for your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.  This policy offers our clients ease with checking out.  When appointments are missed or cancelled with insufficient notice, we are unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business.   Cancellations - Should you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment per our cancellation policy, your card on file will be charged a flat rate of $50.00 which is non-refundable.  No Shows - Should you no - show for your scheduled appointment, per our policy, your card on file will be charged a flat rate of $50.00 which is non-refundable.  Late Arrivals - We are unable to extend service times for clients who are more than 15 minutes late for your service. Please understand that you may not be able to complete your scheduled treatment after arriving late. If rescheduling is necessary, your card on file will be charged a flat rate of $50.00 which is non-refundable.  We appreciate your business and we value our clients. We ask that should life happen and circumstances arise that prevent you from showing up to your scheduled appointment you notify us as soon as possible.
