Appointment requests submitted online require approval to be finalized. You will receive a confirmation for your appointment AFTER it is approved. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for approval. If your appointment request has been denied you will receive notice of this via email. A credit card is required as part of our cancellation policy, which is always available to view under “POLICIES”. If you are a new client that does not have a card on file with us, we will be calling you to obtain that information before approving your appointment request. Groupon vouchers are reserved for new clients only. If you are a returning client that has mistakenly purchased a Groupon voucher, please contact us for treatment options.
