Cancellation/Return Policy:
If you are 10 minutes late for an appointment you will need to be rescheduled.
24 hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments, a $25.00 no show fee will be applied to your account and must be paid before future appointments can be made.
All Spa service & product sales are FINAL, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
We do not accept insurance for ANY of our services or products.
All gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase.
ANY spa services purchased must be used within 90 days of purchase.
