“No Show”/Cancellation Policy
If an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled it needs to be done 24 business hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any appointments scheduled on a Monday will need to be canceled the Friday before and prior to the end of the business day. Any appointments that are not canceled within the time frame or are “no show” are subject to a $50 fee.
You MUST speak to a member of our staff to cancel your appointment and avoid the "no show fee". Cancellations made via text, email, voicemail, or other electronic means will not be accepted.
