Thank you! -Bloom's Booking Policy- When booking with Bloom you agree to the following: We understand that unexpected delays may occur, To best respect our time and our clients there is a 15 min. grace period from the start time of your appointment. We require to be notified if the client is running late before the grace period ends. If client is more than 15 mins late we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you. As a courtesy to our providers we require a 24 hr notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. All last minute cancelations & no-shows will be charged a $25 fee. If client no-shows three times in a row, they will be blocked from booking. *fees are subject to change & will be applied with office discretion. You will receive a reminder 1 day before your appointment to CONFIRM.
