Please be advised that for all consultations there is a $50 fee.
All appointments require a deposit that is 20% the expected cost of the procedure or treatment. Since neurotoxin (Botox/Xeomin) pricing is variable, these appointments will require a $100 deposit.
After booking, you will receive a separate email invoice with payment information for your appointment deposit. Please make payment within 48 hours in order to keep your requesting appointment.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, our office requires no less then 48-hours notice, before the reserved appointment date and time. If appointment is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be refunded. Please note, refunds take 5-7 days to process. If appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be surrendered and NON-REFUNDABLE. If appointment is rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be applied toward the future appointment. If appointment is rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be surrendered and NON-REFUNDABLE.
If the 48-hour cancellation policy is not met or you fail to show up for your reserved appointment. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and surrendered. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE and surrendered.
If clients have 3 no-shows or late cancellations, we will no longer be able to a accept them as a client.
