• Appointment Holding Fee Policy To secure your appointment, a holding fee may be required. This fee is placed in your NBYN bank and will be applied toward the total cost of any service provided within 180 days, essentially making the appointment at no cost to you. If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, the fee is fully refundable. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit the fee as a cancellation fee.

• We know your time is valuable as well, and in the unlikely event that NBYN must cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, we will refund your holding fee and provide a credit equal to your fee to your NBYN bank for future services.
