By booking with us online, you are subject to the Cancellation/No Show/Appointment Reschedule Policy.
Subject to the Cancellation/No Show/Appointment Reschedule Policy, you will not be charged at the time of booking the service(s) and you will be charged according to your chosen payment type upon the completion of my service(s).
We understand life may occasionally get in the way of your appointment.
However, wherein you did not show up for my appointment(s) or first appointment of a package and did not contact DerMedix 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel, you authorize your credit card on file to be charged 50% of the full price of the scheduled appointment(s) to the card on file (plus tax if applicable).
If you book a package(s) and however do not show any of your follow-up appointment(s) and did not contact DerMedix 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel, you authorize DerMedix the right to refuse and deduct the select package from the total package deal.
