Your card will be charged 25% of the appointment fee at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This amount will be refunded if you cancel within our designated cancellation window.

If we are unable to process this payment for any reason, you will be contacted and asked to provide an alternate card. If we do not receive a response within the requested time, your appointment will be cancelled.
