***PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES PRIOR TO FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING.***

*Consultation fees are $75. If you choose to schedule a service on the same day as the consultation, $50 of this fee will be credited toward the service.

*A deposit of $75 is required for Botox and Facial services, while a $150 deposit applies to Fillers and Skin Resurfacing treatments. Deposits are collected at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

*Initial bookings are considered requests until reviewed. You will receive a confirmation call or email verifying the acceptance of your appointment.

*Once your appointment is confirmed, the card on file will be charged for the deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service upon completion.

*A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide such notice will result in a $75 rescheduling fee and the forfeiture of your deposit.

*Not all services are available for online booking. Many treatments require a prior consultation. Please contact our office directly to schedule if your desired service is not online.

You will be provided with two options: to schedule a consultation or to conduct it immediately, followed by a questionnaire to be completed prior to your telehealth appointment.
