***PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES PRIOR TO COMPLETING YOUR BOOKING.***
*We charge $50 for consults. If you decide to book a service on the day of consultation, this fee will be applied to the service.
*We require a deposit of $75 on Botox, Dysport and $100 deposit for all other services over $150.00. Deposits will be taken at time of booking to ensure your appointment time.
*Bookings are request only until we can review the booking. You will receive a confirmation call or email to confirm your appointment has been accepted.
*Once your appointment has been confirmed, the card info on file will be charged for the deposit or consultation fee. The deposit will be deducted from your service cost when you have completed your service.
*We require a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Failure to do so less than 48 hours will result in a rebooking/cancelation fee, or loss of your deposit.
*Not all of our services are bookable online. Many of our services require a consultation prior to treatment. Please simply give our office a call to schedule if you do not see the particular service you would like to book.
