Please note the following important details regarding our booking policies:

Deposit Charge: A credit/debit card is required when booking a reservation. By entering your card information and selecting to confirm this appointment, you are authourizing our team to charge a non-refundable deposit of $50 ($100 for Tox Day events). The only exceptions to this rule are follow-ups and same day reservations do not require a deposit. Your deposit will be applied as a credit toward your purchase. By saving your credit card, you acknowledge and agree to this charge.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: We kindly ask that appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur loss of deposit. No-shows will be treated as cancellations.

Consultation Policy: If scheduling a treatment or consultation and declining all treatment options or products during your visit, the deposit will be lost to cover for the provider’s time.

Tox Day Reservations: Tox Day's are every first and third Wednesday every month and are for return tox clients only purchasing 20+ units. If you are not a return client, we will contact you with alternate dates/times. Tox Days are for tox, filler and facial appointments only - any other treatment will be rescheduled by our team.
