You can access your client portal by going to www.rooted.health and clicking on Client Portal in the menu, which will take you to the page. Please let us know if you have any issues. 

There is a $50 non-refundable deposit for all new consultations, this is applied to any no call/no show appointments or late cancel appointments. 

If you are no longer able to make this appointment, please visit your Client Portal page, or text us 913-456-3922 to cancel.

To ensure we can provide the best care to all our patients and maintain fair scheduling practices, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: All appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will incur a $25 late cancel fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures appointment availability for other patients who may need care.

No-Show Policy: However, patients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of their appointment fee.

Payment: Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the payment method on file.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations occur. Please contact our office to discuss any extenuating circumstances.

Rescheduling: You can log in to your client portal and cancel/reschedule your appointment as long as it is outside the 24 hr window.   

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
