Card on File: Prior to any appointment scheduled at Virtue Aesthetics, we will need an active card on file in order to hold the appointment. The card will not be charged immediately unless the appointment is a consultation.
The card on file will be charged if there is a no-show or there is less than a 24 hour notice for a cancellation of an appointment. In that case, a $50 fee will be processed using the card on file to protect our practice and provider's time.
Consultation Fees: For all consultation appointments (general, injectables, laser, and weight loss), $50 will be charged at time of booking. This $50 will be applied as credit towards your purchase IF products or services are purchased that same day (services may be prepaid for use in the future). If no product or service is purchased that day, the $50 is forfeited to compensate for the provider's time and expertise.
