The new year is in full swing and as promised Refined Aesthetics has some exciting things planned for 2018.  Our first big announcement is that we are "moving on up"...to the third floor that is.  We are currently located in the beautiful Belwood Building in the heart of downtown Sandpoint on the first floor,  and on Febuary 5th we will begin seeing all your gorgeous faces in Suite 301 on the 3rd floor.  We know you are going to love this space as much as we do! If you're up for a little cardio you can take the stairs at the main entrance all the way up.  If stairs are difficult for you please let us know and we are happy to make special accommodations.  Looking forward to seeing you upstairs.

Refined Aesthetics

For a lot of us it can be difficult to get enough vegetables in our diet throughout the day.  Life gets busy and we often eat on the go.  Maybe we are good about having a salad and vegetables during dinner, but that is often the first serving we have in a day.  Think of how great your skin will look and your body will feel if you start every day with a hefty serving of greens.  The recipie below is a great way to add nutrients to your diet, and as a bonus your skin will glow from the inside out.  We will warn you...it isn't the most tasty smoothie you will ever drink, but if you incorporate it into your morning routine it will become habit, and you will grow accustomed to the taste.

-2 cups water

-2 cups prewashed mixed spinach, kale and chard. (Look for the bag of Juicing Greens from Costco or your favorite grocery store).

-1 Cucumber (washed, but not peeled)

Blend until smooth and drink quickly.  (Trust us, it's better that way).
