I love February because it is all about L-O-V-E. Love for your significant other.  Love for your girlfriends.  Love for YOURSELF.  I'm pretty much a mushy ball of love.  Take some time this month to show the special people in your life just how much they mean to you.  Send a friend a postcard.  Write a little book for your mom telling her all the things you love and appreciate about her.  Surprise your guy at work with an impromptu lunch date.  It's the little things that let people know you really care.  And don't forget to show yourself some love too.  Self-care is self-love.  Book a massage for yourself.  Have your girlfriends over for face masks and manis (oh, and don't forget the bubbly).  Trust me, spreading love and kindness will have you feeling like a million bucks before V-Day is even here!
